2nd Chance Roofing LLC was founded in 2019 by Joseph Erickson with a clear purpose: give homes and people a real second chance. Joseph built this company from the ground up in Central New York, starting with a commitment to honest work and full exterior renovations that hold up through the region's tough winters and wet springs.

We specialize in roofing replacement, roofing repairs, siding installation, gutter installation, and window replacement. Every project we take on is handled with the same care, whether it's a full roof tear-off in Utica or a siding job in Cooperstown. We focus on the exterior because that's where your home takes the hardest hits year after year.

Extremely pleased with the chimney cleaning service 2nd Chance provided. The initial communication and responsiveness were A+. For the service, they were in and out in just over an hour, took the time to explain concerns and showed me photos of everything.
