My chimney started leaking during heavy rains, and 2nd Chance fixed the issue quickly and affordably. They got here quickly for the estimate and did a patch the same day so it wasn't continuing to leak while we waited for new flashing to be fabricated. The estimator also noted additional potential issues I wasn't aware of, and bundled that fix into the flashing repair project. Very thoughtful! The repairs were scheduled and completed efficiently, with clear commuication the whole time. The chimney cleaning and inspection was also efficent and afforable. Will use and recommend these guys again for sure.

A truly excellent experience with 2nd Chance. We called and talked with Emma, then Chad came out in just a few days to give us an estimate. He is exceedingly professional and his estimate was very competitive. Just a few days later Chad, Gary and Trent came out and got our old chimney removed in just a few hours, and did a fabulous job of cleanup! We highly recommend 2nd Chance.

This is a double review.. Excellent experience, TWICE, with this company. One time to install a wood stove and a 2nd time to install a new roof. Both times we were very very pleased! Chad and his team are extremely efficient, professional and know what they’re doing. I had three other companies tell me they couldn’t do my roof due to the pitch being to steep but 2nd Chance handled it no problem!
