For the service, they were in and out in just over an hour, took the time to explain concerns and showed me photos of everything. They clearly know what they're doing and even got up on my extremely steep and tall roof to inspect and scrub the cap. All around awesome, professional service at a totally fair price. Very nice and well-run business. I got an estimate from Chad the day after I called and he got the work done a few days later! It was a complex job that required cutting a hole in the roof and replacing a bathroom fan duct that went through the roof. They did it without a hitch. Very happy!
